6 KEY TAKE AWAYS FROM THE SESSION

  1. COVID-19 has accelerated the need for organisations and leaders to develop higher levels of maturity/capability on 2 dimensions: Responsiveness and Responsibility.

  2. Next Generation organisations and leaders have to strengthen their ability to deal with an uncertain future through their ability to drive and engage co-creation.

  3. Next Generation Leaders will have to tap into a deeper place of knowing and connect into their Open Mind, Open Heart & Open Will to be aware and fully present

  4. Being fully present and aware allows to release control and to trust yourself/others and generative dialogue for co-creation. It’s the quality of attention in which I show up as a leader, not what I do or what I know

  5. There is a process to access this place. Start with slowing down – listen to what wants to emerge.

  6. When fear and doubt come….step in and trust yourself.
